Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the saree in its original Nalli packaging, including any silk mark certificates or complimentary accessories, to prevent damage during transit.
Pickup and Refund
Our logistics partner will collect the parcel from your doorstep, and upon successful inspection at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
